IndieBuilds is a marketplace connecting indie game developers directly with players like you! We specialize in showcasing unique and innovative games that might not be found on larger platforms. We offer both games for sale and games available for free as well as demos.
# How do I find games?
You can browse our store by genre, popularity, new releases. We also feature curated collections and recommendations on our homepage and in dedicated sections.
# What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Credit/Debit Card, Direct Pay by Bank, and Cryto. All transactions are securely processed through our partnered payment processors to ensure your financial information is protected.
# How do I purchase a game?

# How do I download my purchased games?
After purchasing a game, you can find it in your "Inventory" within your account. Download IndieBuilds Desktop to download and play your game. See Desktop.
# What if I have trouble downloading a game?
First, double-check that you’re using the correct download link from your Library. If problems persist, contact our support team at Contact Us and provide details about the error message or issue you're experiencing.
# What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy can be found here on our sales policy: Sales Policy. Generally, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and depend on the circumstances of the purchase. Please note that once a purchase is finalized, we adhere strictly to this policy.

Yes! Many developers offer demos, or completely free games on our platform. Look for games labeled "Free to Play" or check if the game you are interested in has a demo.

# How do I list my game on IndieBuilds?
To start selling your game, you'll need to create a developer account. Once approved, you can upload your game files and provide all necessary details (description, screenshots, trailer, pricing).
# What are the requirements for listing a game?
We require that games meet certain quality standards. Please review our submission guidelines here: Submitting Game Builds. This includes functional builds, clear descriptions, and appropriate content disclaimers.
# How much does it cost to list my game?
Nothing, listing your game for sale is free. Uploading your game to IndieBuilds is also free. As long as your game build follows the submission guidelines above your game will be approved for sale. Important: IndieBuilds does reserve the right to remove your game for any reason (Most likely for a good reason), See: Sales Policy.
# How do I set the price for my game?
You have full control over the pricing of your games. However, we recommend researching similar titles to ensure competitive pricing and maximize visibility.
# How and when will I get paid?
We pay developers via PayPal or Stripe. You must meet a minimum payout threshold of $5 before receiving payment. More details can be found at Receiving Payments. Please ensure your payment information is up-to-date to avoid delays.
# What kind of support do you provide for developers?
We offer basic technical support and marketing assistance to help you succeed on our platform. You can reach out to us at Contact Us with any questions or concerns. We also have a developer Discord server for real-time support.
# Can I run promotions or sales for my game?
Yes! We encourage developers to run promotions and sales to attract more players. You can do this in the same place where you set your game's pricing, ensuring transparency with our system.
